I need help accessing my Dropbox account. No access to email, so I can't receive the security code.

Can't access account under deleted email
Hi, I had made a dropbox account in 2015 or 2016 under a now deleted email address that I no longer have access to. I can sign into the account, but cannot get past as it asks for a password reset, or sign-in code.. something of the sort. The point is, whatever it sends to the email, it is deleted and I cannot retrieve what is necessary to sign-in. This account might be the last place on earth to house invaluable pieces of my teenage years that I would like to retrieve. Is it at all possible to regain access given my situation? How can I unlink my paired accounts and remove the personal from my computer?
I really feel like this should be incredibly simple and clear but I'm not getting it! On my work PC I have 2 dropbox accounts synced (my personal and my work account) . I want to fully remove my personal dropbox from the PC without deleting the files of course. I cannot find anything on the windows dropbox app that says anything about syncing (admittedly I am a mac user and still a bit clumsy on windows) and all I can seem to do is delete files but then they are deleted everywhere. I want to completely remove all files from my personal account from only this one computer but keep them intact online and on my personal macbook. Not receiving the 6-digit security code so I can't access my account.
I'm trying to log in to my computer, but I never receive the confirmation code, even after waiting several minutes. It's not in my spam or junk mail folder, and I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts, but I'm still not receiving the code. Could you please help me recover my account? I'm very worried.
Why am I not receiving a verification code to my email anymore when trying to log in?
Hi! When logging in to the website, it used to send a verification code to my email. Now it only prompts the Dropbox app to authenticate log in, or via sms. It used to send to email but now I don't see it an an option. How to i add using email as login authentication option? Why does dropbox send send to the Dropbox app to. Authenticate log in? I don't remember changing it to that. Did this change at some point or did I change the setting without realizing it. Thanks!Dropbox starts up when booting Windows, even when disabled in the preferences.
Question or Issue Had to do a clean reinstall of Win11, then added Dropbox. Changed the settings not to load at startup. I prefer to manually sync. But when I return to computer in the morning, I see Dropbox is loaded on the machine and I am logged in. Is there a way to make sure that Dropbox only runs when I decide to use it and sync? Thank you.
