I can't change my Dropbox email address to a new one, because it's taken, even though it's not.
I want to change my account to a new email, and it says "This email address is already taken". Then I logged out my account, tried to sign in using the new email, and it asks me sign up an account. It seems the new email is not taken, can you help me to investigate the problem? Shall I put my email here? Thanks
Screenshots not being saved to my account even though I enabled the feature on the desktop app
I set all the switches for Dropbox on windows to save screenshots, but nothing is being saved in the screenshot folder ---- as it turns out it seems that OneDrive is getting the images --- how to I correct this so Dropbox get the images?
Retry for failed payment
Can you please give an option for retrying the payment if it doesn't go through for whatever reason instead of forcing us to "update your billing info". It's going to be same for couple of years with the cards, it's quite frustrating having to update the info with the same info whenever this happens. I was signed into DropBox after an AI course. They post the Certificate in DropBox. I want to cancel this trial and this DropBox Account. I followed the steps in here , but I cannot find the "Cancel" button in my "Manage Acct". Can anyone please assist me to contact DropBox to cancel my Trial and Account ? Thank-you in advanced.
Option for the 'Email to Dropbox' feature option to create your own email address
for "Email to Dropbox" feature i rather have random numbers for email address (like UUID number, "591b6596-1632-434b-9dea-fb85db01ceab") or option to create you own email address (UniqueName@addtodropbox.com or username@addtodropbox.com) (no special characters, like !@#$%^&*, this could cause problems with email apps/tools) this is much safer and easier to use .. thank you André
