Not getting verification emails to add secondary email to my Dropbox account.

I have verified my current email address.
There is not another Dropbox account with my secondary email.
I get emails from mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com in my inbox as others have sent me links to folders. (But I can't access them because they're sending the email to my new company email (the one I'm trying to add to Dropbox) and in order to access them I need to associate this email with my Dropbox account. Hence the reason for all of this.)
