You can delete an account following the steps outlined here.
How do I find my original account?
Your account is tied to a specific email address. Assuming the account still exists, you simply need to sign in with the email address that you used for the account and you'll be able to access it.
Duplicate dropbox accounts
It's not possible to have duplicate accounts. Each account is tied to a specific email address, and there can only be one account per email address.
