How do I change my email address
My email is not working, and I need to change it on Dropbox how can I do that without it sending me a code to the email address that is not working

If it requests a code you may need to log a ticket at http://www.dropbox.com/support as there is no way around that.
However I cannot stress this enough download all your data now and keep it safe. If you get logged out there is a VERY GOOD chance you'll loose access to the account and thus your data.
You may actually find it easier to just loose the account you have and set up a new one.
