Remove former owner's user name and logo
One person - lets call him Andrew Anderson with the e-mail address starter@club.se started a Dropbox account. Another person - lets call him Bill Billson with the a-mail adress replacer@club.se - has been assigned as a new owner and starter@club.se was changed to a member like the others.
The Andrew Anderson did, however, assigned himself the name Starter and also added a logo to his profile. Now we cannot rename him from Starter to Andres Anderson and also we cannot remove the logo. How do we change this?

If I get this right, you’re part of a Business team, correct?
In general, only the owner of a Dropbox account (the person that can sign in with their email address and password) can update their account name by going to their account settings here.
As per the logo that you mention, I understand that you’re referring to this one. So, if Bill is now the team admin, it’s possible to update the logo via their Admin Console with these steps.
Let me know, if I’ve misunderstood something.
