Dropbox doesnt have phone support I'm afraid so that isnt going to happen. If you ever do get a call from somebody claiming to be Dropbox, or a website offering a call, please dont use it - its a scam.
All you can do is post the comments back to support and letting Megan know you have done so for her to escalate or directly here to Megan so they can be fed in.
