Complaint about customer support about my issue.

Hello, I'd like to know how to make a complaint about customer service. Thank you. The ticket number is #26092465. I appreciate your assistance.

Dropbox doesnt have phone support I'm afraid so that isnt going to happen. If you ever do get a call from somebody claiming to be Dropbox, or a website offering a call, please dont use it - its a scam. 

All you can do is post the comments back to support and letting Megan know you have done so for her to escalate or directly here to Megan​ so they can be fed in.

    She definately is, promise!

    They just dont have phone call capabilities - and only Business users can get it BUT that would only get you to a technician anyway, it wouldnt escalate it (as you want/need).
