Everytime I try to look up a folder that already exists to add another (sub) folder to it. It will allow me to fully create a new folder and start from scratch but won’t allow be to work with previous folders.

It won’t let me add a picture but it says “something went wrong. Don’t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our status page to see if there is a known incident, our help center and forums for help or head back home”

Thanks for sending over more details, kstapes09! It sounds like you’re having trouble on the Dropbox website.
Does the issue persist on multiple browsers?
If yes, I’d like a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end. A visual will help me understand better what’s going on, and troubleshoot further.

I am getting the same for my folder titled "Have" -- - please fix it so that i can access my files online so that i can continue to edit them -- i have no problem opening the folder in the website when using my phone, but i do when i use my desktop computer (not my desktop app, my desktop computer to be clear). it has been 6 hours now that i can't get into the one folder. no problems with my other folders, only the one titled "Have"

Same issue today with the same folder only when working on my desktop computer in the website application, not in the desktop application.

Hi jpa0568, let's jump right into this!
It sounds like you're having this issue when trying to view the folder on the website.
You mentioned that when you try to view your folder using the website on your phone, it works. Have you tried a different browser on your Mac?
What about an incognito tab on your existing browser too?
Can you give it a go, and let me know how it goes? Thanks!
