Is Dropbox ever going to offer end-to-end encryption for non-business customers

Is there a reason you won't offer end-to-end encryption for non-business customers? It's the only thing making me look at other cloud storage providers now.

I'm confused. You bought Boxcryptor and made it less than it what was originally.

Dropbox have said on a few occasions they will only offer this as an enterprise product - thats why they bought it, not for non-buisness consumers I'm afraid.

So, even with the plans that offer E2EE, it's only available for the team folders you enable it on. Is there no way to just E2EE everything stored on Dropbox?
