Manage external participants access and links
Hello! I could really use better ability to view and manage external access to files and folders.
Today it took hours to go through and verify that an external participant did not have access to files and folders. Even if I could search for an external participant's email (or partial email), and then review all the files and folders that had been shared with that person, it would have saved time and assisted me with the task of re-securing our files and folders.

Hi Kbelle, thanks for posting today!
This feature to create an external sharing report already available to team admins of Dropbox Business teams on the Advanced or Enterprise plans.
You can also create an activity log in the admin console to view general activity.

Good to know - thanks! We have at least 15 licenses and I am an admin, I guess we don't have the right one.

Hey there, Kbelle!
It sounds as if you're part of the Standard Business plan then.
You can check your account's settings for that.

Hi - this sharing report seems to be limited to Team members only (looking at the link posted). I am a Dropbox for Business Standard user - is there no way for me to get a report of which files/folders a particular external email has access to?

Hi JimEdzzz, I hope you’re doing well.
At the moment, it’s only possible to view external sharing and create a report of all team files, folders, and links shared externally if you’re on a Business Advanced/Enterprise team I’m afraid.
