My Dropbox account got somehow corrupted.

I don't know what I did, but I somehow got nailed by this and it's sending out to everyone.  I don't know what to do - could someone please help?  Thank you!

Is it actually sending from your account? First, change your password. I would also enable two-step verification on your account if it isn't already. Then go to your Security page and verify that there are no web sessions or devices linked to your account that you don't recognize. If you see any, unlink them. You can also check your Sharing page to see if there are any unknown files being shared, such as the one from your screenshot, and delete them.

Finally, check the security of your email account. If someone did gain access to your Dropbox account, it's usually as a result of another breach, such as through your email or another service. Make sure your email account is secured and that you aren't reusing passwords across multiple services.

I logged out from everything, enabled 2-step, and changed my DropBox login -- thank you!
