- The issue preventing v31 of the Dropbox desktop application from starting on certain Windows computers has been fixed.As mentioned, the fix should be automatically installed on affected computers, but it’s also available here. A restart of Dropbox may be necessary after the update takes place.Apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We’ve identified an issue that is preventing the latest version (v31) of the Dropbox desktop application from starting on certain Windows computers.We’re working on a fix which will be deployed in a new version of the application soon.When we release this new version it should install automatically on affected computers. Does this encompass the recently uncovered problem whereby auto-play upload of photos/movies from iDevices no longer works?
Save fault on three different machines!
