The summer has officially arrived; the days are getting warmer and longer, and the last thing we need to do to wrap up spring is name our Community Member of the Month for April.
As always, you’ve all been great on the Community and there is so much competition for the prize that picking a single winner has been a bit of challenge. So much so, we’ve started to give out some random spot prizes for members who go above and beyond but don’t quite make the cut for Member of the Month, so be sure to keep an eye out for prizes if you've been helping other members out.
Anyway, that’s enough procrastinating; it's time to name our Community Member of the Month for April! So, please put your hands together for (drumroll…) BiLC. There are times on the Community when we don’t have all the answers, when there may be a delay waiting for a fix to roll out, or when it just takes a little longer than usual to get an issue resolved. It’s at times like these that we are really grateful for Community members like BiLC.
The only way to become a Community Member of the Month is by being active and helping others, so if you’ve got a natural penchant for helping others and are active on the Community, you could be next!

Hey BiLC,
You're very welcome! Thanks again for helping to make our Community a better place for everyone.
Would it be OK if I reach out to the email associated with this account? We would like to share a small token of our appreciation with you.
Thanks again, and have a great day!
