Hi everyone! I’m Amy, I‘ve been working on the Dropbox Community team for five years so you might be sick of me already, but I’m based in Ireland too. 

My favourite Dropbox feature?

My favourite feature, as you may well know is Dropbox Paper and I'll give an honourable mention to Dropbox Dash too. 

I love Dropbox Paper for a million reasons, but the quickest one to share is typing /date and hitting the spacebar generates the date in this format: April 14, 2025 - Impossible to miscommunicate with our American date format loving teammates. 

I will be sharing more on why I love Dropbox Dash soon too, so keep your eyes peeled for that! 

Hi everyone! I’m Emmet, I’m a Community Project Manager, and I’m based in Ireland. I love hearing all of the ideas users share on the Community and passing them on to other teams in Dropbox. We can’t work on every idea, but we love to hear every single one. 

My favourite Dropbox feature?

I love using Dropbox Paper in both my personal and professional life. In my work, it’s so easy to share notes, agendas and projects, allowing my co-workers to give input quickly and quickly making changes to documents (and seeing a quick version history to see any changes made if needed). It works great in my personal life too, as I use it for all my holiday planning and keeping all my plans in one place.

Hi gang! My name is Neal and I’m one of the Community Moderators on the Dropbox Forum. I take a lot of pride in making sure our customers receive the best experience on the community and investigating issues for our users.

My favourite Dropbox feature?

One of my favourite features of Dropbox is its integration with third-party apps, making it easy to connect with tools like Google Docs, Slack, and Zoom. I also love the smart file search, which helps me quickly find documents, even if I don’t remember the exact name or file type.

One thing I love about the Community?

It’s packed with clever questions, helpful humans, and those “aha!” moments when someone cracks a tricky issue. It’s like a digital forest full of friendly squirrels, all helping each other find the best acorns.  🌰 💡

My favourite Dropbox feature?

Definitely Reclaim! It’s like a squirrel with a planner, always one step ahead, stashing time where you need it most. My favourite Reclaim feature is Smart Scheduling, which auto-magically finds space in my calendar for tasks, meetings, habits, and even breaks, without me lifting a finger.

Need time to go for a walk, focus on a big project, or just grab lunch away from your screen? Reclaim protects that time, and moves it around if something more urgent pops up.

I look forward to chatting with you all more, and I promise, I’m a hundred percent human! Unless, of course, squirrels have figured out how to use keyboards, then we might need to talk. 🐿️

When I'm not behind the scenes of the forum life, I'm usually wrangling my dog and my cat, 🐶😺 losing sleep over fantasy books *coughs*, or grabbing my 5th cup of coffee (my heart might give up at any point).

I love the way we all show up for each other. There's something really special about a space where people support each other, share knowledge, and somehow manage to be smart and hilarious. There's a real pulse here, and I'm excited to help keep it beating.

Tough one but I'd have to go with Dropbox Replay.

As someone that loves editing when they have some free time, it makes reviewing video and audio files ridiculously smooth. You can leave frame-accurate feedback, collaborate in real time, and keep everything organized in one place. It's a total game-changer for creative workflows.

What I truly appreciate about this Community is the remarkable way its members consistently go the extra mile, offering exceptional advice and support to one another with such innovative thinking.

My favourite Dropbox feature? 

As for my favorite Dropbox feature, that's a tough one! It used to be a toss-up between Camera Uploads, Paper, and the reliable desktop app with its syncing. However, these days, I'd have to say Dropbox Dash is my top pick. Its universal search feature has been a real game-changer for finding files quickly.

I think it’s fascinating how everyone can interact with other users on the forum and how accessible the Community is. Users are helping each other by sharing their own tips and tricks and experiences, which is what makes the forum so personalized to me. 

My favourite Dropbox feature? 

Hmm, I think my personal favorite Dropbox feature would have to be camera uploads. I love that I don’t have to think about manually uploading my photos to my account and Dropbox just takes care of that! Plus, I can then access them from all my devices, which I think is really cool. 😊

When users come up with unique solutions to a fairly obscure issue, or when a new genuine idea is suggested for others to vote on.

My favourite Dropbox feature? 

Lately, it's been Dropbox Sign, which has helped me with self-signing a lot of boring bureaucratic papers, which is much faster than taking photos of the signed document.

Hey folks, I’m Dell and I’m with the Dropbox moderation team. I’m a longtime Dropbox user and I know how important it is to keep track of important documents. I bring that attitude into this community every day to get people the resources and assistance they need. 

One thing I love about the Community? 

The Super Users, who are the lifeblood of every community. Making sure the will of the people are heard by providing valuable feedback. 

My favourite Dropbox feature?

My favorite Dropbox feature is Selective Sync. I have tons of files from different projects and its generally madness trying to keep track of everything. Selective Sync takes a little bit of load off my shoulders by helping me categorize the things that matter most.
