Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, ob das Problem mit Brother gelöst werden konnte.

Der Brother Support hat mir bereits bestätigt das sie nichts geändert haben und wiederholt jetzt an euch von Dropbox verwiesen… auch weil der Support diesbezüglich schon mehrfach kontaktiert wurde.

Aber wenn ihr keine 2 Adrians bei euch habt, habe ich dir das bereits alles erklärt…

Wenn doch, dann habe ich das dem anderen Adrian erklärt und die Hilfe war:

( 08:45:45 ) Adrian: Wie bereits erwähnt können wir keinen Support für andere Anbieter bzw. Entwickler anbieten, wenn dieses Produkt nicht zusammen mit Dropbox erstellt wurde.
