Dateiordner kann nicht umbenannt werden

Hallo Leute, ich kann auf meiner Dropbox Hauptseite einige meine Dateiordner nicht umbenennen. Ich kann zwar den neuen Namen eintippen, aber wenn ich die Entertaste drücke, erscheint wieder der alte...

Hi Sarah,

vielen Dank, dass Sie mir helfen wollen. Ihre Hinweise gehe von der Annahme aus, dass der Browser das "Umbenennen" der Dropbox-Dateien verhindert. Ich schrieb aber, dass die meisten anderen meiner Ordner sich umbenennen lassen. Nur einer nicht.

Und wie gesagt, die Ordner gehören alle mir.

Was könnte also stattdessen der Grunde sein?

Vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum! 

Wenn das Problem bei nur einem Ordner auftritt, dann kann es sein, dass Sie auf diesem Ordner nicht den Zugriff haben diesen umzubenennen.

Eventuell würde der Ordner nur mit Lesezugriff geteilt, wo dieser nicht umbenannt werden kann.

Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
