Desktop App startet nicht

Hallo, die Desktop App der Dropbox startet bei mir auf dem PC nicht, auch nicht, wenn ich diese als Admin ausführe. Eine Neuinstallation habe ich mehrfach gemacht, danach geht die App kurz , schließe...

Vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum!

 

Da das Problem immer noch nicht geklärt ist, schlage ich vor, eine erweiterte Neuinstallation der Dropbox-App durchzuführen.

 

Hinweis: Die Dateien in Ihrem Dropbox-Ordner werden dadurch weder beeinträchtigt noch gelöscht.

 

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Speichern und beenden Sie sämtliche Programme, die auf Dateien im Dropbox-Ordner zugreifen.
Folgen Sie der Anleitung für Windows-Geräte unter „Eine erweiterte Neuinstallation von Dropbox auf Ihrem Computer durchführen“.

 

Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
