Dropbox Video

Also bei meinen Dateien zum Beispiel Ordner die ich vom PC in Dropbox hochgeladen habe, kann ich viele Videos irgendwie nicht abspielen. Es zeigt auch kein Anfangbild an, sondern nur das es halt ein Video ist. Also das Bild ist weiß mit einem Playbuton in Grau. Der Dateiname ist irgendwelche zahlen und dahinter mp4. Kann es sein das ich die Datei gar nicht öffnen kann oder mein Video kaputt ist?! Vll kann mir hier irgendjemand weiter helfen?!

    • Haben Sie dieses Problem mit den Videos von der Website oder der Dropbox-Anwendung?

     

    • Haben Sie versucht, ein Video zu löschen und erneut hochzuladen?

     

    • Sie können mir auch einen Screenshot des Problems senden. (Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Ihre persönlichen Daten ausgeblendet sind)

     

    Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
