Genügend Speicherplatz da, aber Dropbox will Upgrade haben

Obwohl ich noch 1 GB Speicherplatz frei habe, kann ich einen für mich freigegebenen Ordner (300 MB) nicht anklicken, weil Dropbox ein Upgrade haben will. Wie kann ich das ändern? SG

Hallo Silke,

Könnte daran liegen, dass Sie vielleicht keinen Platz mehr auf Ihrer Computer Festplatte haben. Haben Sie sich diesen Hilfe Center Artikel schon einmal angeschaut?:
