how open eror 401

    Hi there,

    An error 401 is a HTTP error code for unauthorized or access denied. It seems like you are trying to access a page that you don't have the permissions for. 

    Could you please give us a little bit more background when you are seeing this error. Please include the steps that you take in order to reproduce the error.
