Kann weder teilen, freigeben noch links erstellen

Hallo Langsam werde ich verrückt... Ich kann bei meinen eigenen Dateien, Ordnern oder egal was es auch ist weder links freigeben noch ordner oder dateien teilen! NICHTS geht. Bitte um Hilfe   ...
