Keine Zusendung des 6-stelligen Code an meine Emailadresse

Hallo, ich erhalte bei meiner Anmeldung keinen 6-stelligen Code an meine E-mailadresse. Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen? Danke für eine Unterstützung.

Die Email Adresse funktioniert wieder, aber der 6-stellige Code kommt trotzdem nicht an.

    In der Tat scheint Ihre Anfrage nicht durchgestellt worden zu sein, womöglich war die Anfrage nicht bei richtigen Hilfeportal eingegangen.

     

    Ich würde daher gerne nochmals um eine Kontaktaufnahme über diesen Link bitten. Bitte achten Sie auch darauf, sich bei dem Browser zuvor aus allen offenen Dropbox-Konten abzumelden, bevor Sie diesen Link aufrufen.

        Hallo Werner, wieder wurden meine Tickets unbearbeitet wieder geschlossen. Wo liegt das Problem?
