Hallo, ich erhalte bei meiner Anmeldung keinen 6-stelligen Code an meine E-mailadresse. Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen? Danke für eine Unterstützung.

Hallo, ich habe bereits mehrere Tickets eröffnet, wie ich von Werner aufgefordert wurde. Leider werden die Tickets einfach wieder geschlossen, ohne dass das Problem gelöst wird. Wie komme ich zu einer aktive Hilfe. Danke
