Samsung Tablet gekauft, keinen 50GB Speicherplatz bekommen

Ich habe mir ein Samsung Galaxy Tab S gekauft, habe es mit meinem bestehenden Dropboxaccount verknüpft, die Gutschrift ist aber nicht gekommen. Vor 5 Jahren habe ich bei meinem Samsung Laptop auch so...

Hallo Sofia,

ich habe mich mit dem Konto als erstes angemeldet, mit dem ich bereits einmal den Speicherbonus schon bekommen habe! Das war ja das Problem. Und als ich ein zweites Konto eröffnet habe, ist es nicht mehr gegangen?!

Nur möchte ich ungern auf den Bonus verzichten! Gibt es da nicht eine Möglichkeit?
