Hallo, ich hatte das selbe Problem mit der Mobil App da ich ein Factory Reset gemacht hatte.
Jedoch hab ich mein System(PC) nicht neu aufgesetzt und konnte mich über die Software auf der Webseite einloggen und die 2 Faktor Authentifizierung deaktivieren. Nehme mal an der SMS Gateway macht Probleme.
Ich frag mich nur gerade warum ihr euch im Forum einloggen konntet? Das konnte ich vor der Deaktivierung der 2FAuth nicht!!
Könnt ihr dann nicht auch über die Weboberfläche die 2FAuth deaktivieren?
Wäre zumindest erstmal eine vorübergehende Lösung.

Wäre trotzdem nett wenn sich hier der Dropbox Support dazu mal melden würde.
