Vorweg: Ich bin kein Mitarbeiter von Dropbox.

 

Adyen ist ein niederländischer Dienstleister auf dem Gebiet der Zahlungsabwicklung, eine Bezahlplattform, die als Schnittstelle zwischen kommerziellen Anbietern und Kunden fungiert.

Es wäre doch recht eigenartig wenn Ayden wahllos Abbuchungen für Dropbox machte oder Dropbox dies über Ayden.

Haben Sie einen bezahlten Dropbox-Akkount? Dann haben Sie Anspruch auf support:

Im Web-UI sehen Sie im Bereich "Abrechnung", was für die Bezahlung konfiguriert ist:
