Arbeitest Du auf der Webbrowser-Oberfläche oder im Computer Dateisystem???

Von der Web-Oberfläche geht es nicht.

Vom Datei-System geht es. Hat aber nichts mit Dropbox zu tun. Der Dropbox-Ordner ist ein ganz normaler Ordner des Dateisystems - er wird nur von der Dropbox-app überwacht.

Versuch einmal eine beliebige Datei vom Desktop oder irgend einem anderen Ordner auf den "anderen Datenträger" (auf das Symbol oder geöffnete Fenster) zu ziehen.

Wenn das nicht funktioniert, liegt ein anderer prinzipieller Fehler vor.
