    Hey, da steht die App drin. Also wird es wohl die Schnittstelle sein.

Hey, da sind nur drei Geräte drin:

 

Daran kann es dann wohl nicht liegen.

 

Wie kann ich nun herausfinden, ob die App eine falsche Schnittstelle verwendet?

Im web-UI zwei Reiter weiter unter "Apps" sollte zumindest Ihre App sichtbar sein:

…ob es die aktuellste Schnittstelle ist, wird vermutlich nur der App-Entwickler wissen…

      ja - aber Schnittstellen haben gewisse Parameter und wenn der Entwickler diese nicht befolgt, wird es nicht funktionieren.
