Carga de archivos

Buenas tardes

Hice un carga de archivos a mi cuenta de Dropbox.
Me doy con la sorpresa que algunos archivos no se cargaron y otros se cargaron en carpetas diferentes.
Son 10,000 documentos en 500 carpetas aproximademnte. ¿Que hacer?
