Cuenta deshabilitada

Hola, necesito ayuda con mi cuenta ha sido deshabilitada y yo soy un usuario activo y por alguna razón esta ha sido desabilidatada y quiero recuperarla tengo archivos importantes, he intentado contactar por medio de Twitter pero no responden, tengo una cuenta basic de dropbox, quiero recuperar lo mas pronto posible mi cuenta
