Descargando lista de archivos

Hola, hace ja mas de una semana que mi ordenador esta , descargando lista de archivos. Que puedo hacer??

I hope you already solved this problem, but if not, could you try following the instructions in the following Help Center article?

That should help you modify the bandwidth use options for the Dropbox application and, hopefully, increase the syncing speed.
