help

ayer cree una cuenta y subi archivos desde un ordenador y hoy e intentado acceder,, no me ha dejado y e tenido k volver a crearme la cuenta con la misma direccion pensando k kizas estarian ahi los archivos,,,pero no salen, como podria recuperarlos?
