Problemas con la cuenta business

Buenos dias, queria hacerles una consulta: En el trabajo me agregaron a una carpeta de una cuenta "Business" (No se cuanta memoria) que todavía tiene memoria disponible, PERO, a mi me figura que tengo la cuenta llena y que me suba de categoria (Tengo memoria en mi disco rigido) la pregunta es como soluciono esto. ¿Hay que vincular de alguna forma en especial mi cuenta?
