Armazenamento Dropbox Business

Good evening, I currently have a Dropbox Business Advanced panel with 7 paid licenses, and less than 50TB of space, since last week I have been talking via chat, email and no more storage was added to my panel, After trying for days, they sent it to a specialized team , and today 06/27 started rumors that Dropbox will only add more space every 90 DAYS!! If so, I'll start thinking about another cloud and cancel the licenses, pure misleading advertising.

  • Hi NicholasDias,

Thanks for your input here. Let me clarify how storage works on advanced teams, and the issue you may be running into.

Advanced users are granted as much storage as they need. Space is automatically added up to 25 TB. After reaching 25 TB, Advanced users can contact support to raise their quota, which you have done.

There is currently an issue affecting some users in which large quota increases cannot all be granted at once. Our engineering team is currently investigating.

You can reply directly to the email you received from our support team for further assistance with your storage quota. I can’t assist with account-specific issues here on the community, but I would be happy to answer any additional questions you have!

    Regards,

    Ben
