DROPBOX STARTING IN ENDLESS LOOPING

My Dropbox appers to no run in Microsoft Windows - regardless of the version - wheter Windows 10 or 11 but expecptionally in x99 plataform.

I just installed Windows 11 on a Xeon PC, and it gets stuck in an engless loop loading the files and never starts.

I just installed Windows 11 on an LGA 1155 pc, and it worked! Just logged in and already downloaded the files - which, of course, I'm moved outsied of Dropbox because I can't rely on the application goodwill.

Any tips on what might be happening? See above the scree where it gets stuch and doesn't load anymore.
