E-mail de recuperação

Estou tentando recuperar a senha de meu dropbox, tenho acesso ao e-mail mas o e-mail de recuperação não chega, também já adicionei o no-reply@dropbox.com aos Contatos confiáveis e chequei as caixas de spam e lixo eletrônico, mas o e-mail não chega, minha conta Dropbox é [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines]
