Yes, I can relate to your issue, but I really don't know the answer.  Wht I have found however is that it is really important to have the lines on in and out consistent and clear.  Are you in the same email character? Are you in the same browser, are you in the same operating system? have you closed all the other browsers and applications? and do you have space on your disk to download the photos? These are some important things to look for to get those photos.  Good luck.
