HOJE PELA MANHA TENTEI ENTRAR NO MEU DROPBOX PARA ALTERAR UM DOCUMENTO E ELE NAO ESTA ABRINDO NAO APARECE NADA E NEM DEIXA INSERIR NADA, OQ PODE SER ???

    Olá RENATASONNER . bem-vinda à Comunidade do Dropbox. 

     

    Poderia me confirmar qual o tipo do arquivo e tamanho dele? Adicionalmente, em qual plataforma do Dropbox está tentando abrir o arquivo?

     

    Se o baixa para o seu computador ou celular, ele abre normalmente?

     

    Desde já agradeço pela sua resposta.
