お友達を紹介の無料容量の獲得について

お友達を数人紹介して、先方も登録はされたのですが、１週間近く経過しても500Mの容量獲得ができておりません。 お友達が登録された後、どれくらい経過後に容量が獲得できるのでしょうか？
