アップロードを早くする方法

外付けHDDからDropboxに５００GBを移動させたいのですが、

アップロードの時間は数日かかりそうです。

何の方法が、一番効率よく早くできるのでしょうか？

    アップロード速度は、ご利用のインターネット接続とバンド幅により異なります。

    アップロード速度を上げるには、設定で帯域幅を増加させると Dropbox がインターネットの帯域幅を使用できる容量が増えます。

    デスクトップ アプリが使用する帯域幅を変更する場合には、こちらのヘルプセンター記事の手順をご参照ください。
