オフラインアクセスを許可が右クリックに出てこない

Intel MacからシリコンM4にデータ移行。
それからDropbox内ファイルの右クリック「オンラインのみ/オフラインアクセスを許可」が出てこなくなってしまいました。

dropboxはインストールし直し、アクティブモニターにてdropboxのタイプ（種類）がAppleになっていることも確認し、再起動もしたのですが相変わらずできず。

どうしたら良いでしょうか？
