クレカ更新時の有効期限入力がエラーになる

クレジットカード更新時期到来に伴い、カードを更新しようとしましたが、有効期限入力でエラーになります。 月月/年年　とあったので、12月/30年で1230といれました。 有効期限を入力してくださいのまま進むことが出来ません。
