サブスクリプション購入済なのに無料しか使えない

Appleのサブスクリプションで購入済みなのですが

全くアップグレードされずに

無料版になってしまいました。

 

支払ってるのに使えないのは困ります。

    Apple storeでの契約は、Dropboxで管理されず、

    Apple storeで管理されますので、Apple storeへお問い合わせくださいませ。
