チームメンバーを招待すると新規アカウントの作成を求められる

チームプランに加入し、チームメンバーを招待したところ、10名のうち9名は問題なく招待できましたが、以下の表示が出てくるのですが、「いいえ」にしても問題ないでしょうか？   招待リンクを踏むと   ブラウザ上で、「チームがあなたの参加をリクエストしています。」→「いますぐチームに参加」ボタンをクリック→「管理者がアクセスできないファイルがありますか？」→「はい」をクリックすると新規...

なるほどです。このチームメンバーの方は、以前から使われている個人のアカウントと、また別途今回のチーム用に作成いただいた2つのアカウントをお持ちです。

 

今回は、チーム用のまっさらなアカウントにチームの招待を送りました。なので、アカウント内のファイルに管理者がアクセスしても問題ないと思いますので、いいえを選択していただきます。ありがとうございました！
