デバイスに対応してません

アップロードされている.apkファイルのURLをタップし、ブラウザからダウンロードしようとしたところ「お使いのデバイスに対応していません」と表示されダウンロードが出来ません。
これはそのスマホが対応してなくてダウンロード出来ないのかAndroidバージョンが古いせいでしょうか？また、Android版Dropboxアプリをインストールすれば解決しますか？

    Lays さん、こんにちは！

     

    Dropboxモバイルアプリの使用をまず試してみてください。

    エラーメッセージがDropboxより表示されていればDropboxとの兼ね合いですが、OSが表示しているものであればOSのバージョンをアップデートする必要があるかと思われます。

     

    Dropboxを安定的に使用するためにもOSのバージョンは最新にされることを推奨します。
