トランザクションIDの桁数が違う

身に覚えのない請求が来ていたので、こちらの検索ページで検索をかけました。（https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt?utm_content=fa_ca&utm_source=sup） クレジットの明細を確認するとトランザクションIDの桁数が14桁になっていて検索もできません。 どのような可能性が考えられますか？

Dropboxからの請求に関しては、ご利用の金融機関の利用明細書に「DROPBOX*（トランザクション ID）」と英数字 12 桁の取引 ID が表示されているはずです。

12 桁の取引 ID出ない場合は、一度ご利用の金融機関へご確認いただけますか。

 

またはお支払いに PayPal を使用された場合は、お客様の PayPal アカウントにログインし、アカウント履歴の当該のお取引を確認してみてください。
