ドキュメントを回転させたい

取り込んだpdfファイルは縦横の向きがまちまちなのでページ毎にドキュメントを回転させて閲覧したい。

ページを回転させたいとのことですね。

Basicプランではご利用できかねますが、Dropbox Professional、Standard、Advanced、 Essentials、Business、 Business Plus、 Enterprise のお客様は、PDF にすでに存在するテキストを編集することもできます。
