ファイルを削除しても容量が空かない

PlusからBasicにダウングレードしましたが、ファイルは削除済みのファイルの完全削除も含めて行っているのですが、実際とは違って876% のストレージを使用中で容量オーバーのため同期が出来ないとなって困っています。どうしたら解消できますか？

tak2 さん、バックアップはご利用されておりますでしょうか？

右上の名前横にある９つの点マークをクリックし、「Backup」ボタンをクリックし、バックアップ「削除」ボタンがないか確認いただけますでしょうか？
