プロモーションについて

　購入したDELL PCにDropboxの20GBのプロモーションのアイコンがあるのですが，クリックしても起動しません。DELLに問い合わせたところDropboxに問い合わせるように返信がありました。過去にプロモーションを利用したことがなく，どのように起動すればよいのかわからず困っております。

ありがとうございます。私が新品として購入したものです。過去にプロモーションを申請したことはありません。
